About the Program

In our changing world, many feel alone when dealing with difficulty in their lives. As the Channahon Fire Protection District, it is our job to be on the front line of many of life’s difficulties. But once the crisis has passed, then what? At the CFPD we take our mission one step further and offer support AFTER the crisis has passed. 

Our Community Support Services after-care team will provide you with support and resources to assist you in getting your life back to normal. We can offer referrals to many community resources. Just because the crisis is over, doesn’t mean our job is finished. We want to connect you to the community with compassion and care.
